Brazil nuts come from powerful, enormous trees that live for 500 years or more in their native home inside the Amazon jungle. The large, crescent moon shaped nuts of the Brazil nut tree are widely known for their rich selenium content, which may support a healthy immune system. They also have calcium, manganese, copper and iron, as well as vitamins B1 and E.

Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to keep contents fresh.
Nuts and seeds contain natural oils and stay freshest when refrigerated, which matters in Mumbai humidity. Refrigerating dates and dried fruit keeps them soft and stops them drying out. Keep chocolate cool and away from strong odours.

Mumbai delivery from Rs. 60. Delivery across India from Rs. 75, calculated by weight at checkout.
