This website is operated by Kallatra Dryfruits ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use means you accept the changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Using our site
You must be 18 or older (or have a guardian's consent) to order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to copy or resell any part of it without our written permission.

2. Products & pricing
We sell perishable food products (dry fruits, nuts, dates, seeds, chocolates, snacks and beverages). We try to show product details, images and prices as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your screen displays colours correctly. All prices are in INR and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Orders & payment
By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent or placed for resale. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

4. Shipping, returns & cancellations
Delivery, store pickup, returns and cancellations are covered in our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy. As our products are perishable, proper storage and handling after delivery are the customer's responsibility.

5. Third-party links & tools
Our site may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies, and your use of them is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kallatra Dryfruits is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
